"Man Pleasing" Mayo Chicken

I'm a big Chicken person. I eat it pretty much every single day of my life. Finding new, yummy looking recipes is the best! Espically this one! Its called man pleasing chicken, but I call it Mayo chicken. It really good! And everyone liked it!

The finished product. Its actually really easy to make. All you have to do is make the topping sauce stuff, smear it on and stick it in the oven for 40-45 minutes. I served it with corn and my favorite homemade roll recipe! (Which I will be posting next. Seriously, they are my favorite rolls ever!)

In the recipe it says to use 1 cup of mayo.. I accidently used 1/2 a cup. (I think I looked at the cheese measurment thinking it was mayo.. Hey we all have our moments.) I didnt even realize until I was reading the recipe back to my parents. Just that half a cup was a lot on the 4 chicken breasts. I cant image using a full cup. Seems like it would be too much for me. If you make it and use the full cup, let me know if its good or not! Idk if mayo can over power chicken? But it taste good with less. Plus its healthier! :)
