Lee/Whites favorite pancakes

So as most of you know, yesterday was Chris' 18th Birthday! He told my mom he wanted pancakes and bacon for breakfast.. Being the nice sister that I am, I set my alarm for 6 am so I could get up and make him breakfast before he had to go to work. Well, that plan failed. Either my alarm didn't go off, or I subconsciously shut it up. Either way I got up at 7:10 am. So no pancakes for Chris. Well last night I was in a good mood, so I set my alarm for 6 am AND 6:15. With the volume on full blast! So this morning I got up and got cookin! Lucky for me, Ive made these everyday for the past 4 days for my mom, Jason and Brendon. So at this point, I've pretty much got the recipe memorized :)
I used his candles from his party.
I walked into his room and said "happy late birthday breakfast!" He wasn't very happy.. He blew out the candles before I even set it down and was back to sleep in the same second.. So, breakfast attempt #2 = Fail.. Maybe next year will be better... :)

I hope you like these pancakes as much as my family and I have!

1/2 cup + 2 T flour
1/2 cup + 2 T milk
1 T oil
1 Egg
1/2 t baking powder
1/4 t baking soda
1/4 t salt
(I use hardly any.. I don't use much salt for anything I cook..)

Mix it all up and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
Makes 3 bigger pancakes (Like in the pictures above.)
Enjoy! :)
